Today’s recipe is all about PASTA! I always wanted to try Miracle Noodles. So I had to give them a go, and I’m so content with the results. You can order them off Amazon for $14.31, you get two sets of three different noodles. I think that’s an amazing deal. Most important they taste amazing, when you prepare them with flavor, and they fill you up. When you’re low carbing, its so crucial to eat lots of foods with, volume and fiber. Of course this dish is protein packed too! This is my favorite dinner, because it takes less then 5 minutes to prepare! It’s perfect for on the go, just serve it with some leafy green goodness. Today’s recipe is killing a major sweet tooth, CHOCOLATE. I have to have some form of dessert everyday. My favorite time to eat this bad boy, or any of my yummy treats, is right after a workout. I like to earn the carbs, and it helps sweep up the protein into the muscles. Of course this tasty treat is: low carb, high protein, and sugar free. But, this can be enjoyed any time of the time. It’s a flat tummy dessert for sure!

Today’s recipe is fulfilling a childhood dream. Ever since I was a little girl, I always wanted to try lamb chops. And, for whatever reason my mother refused.
